If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not proceed to further pages associated with Lilypad. Lilypad reserves the right to vary or amend these Terms of Use at any time, and Lilypad is under no obligation to inform you about such variations of amendments. The current version of the Terms of Use will govern the services on Lilypad websites and will always be available on the Lilypad websites. By continuing to access or use these Lilypad websites after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you are a Lilypad customer, you may elect to report an insurance claim online where available. Your submission does not commit Lilypad to coverage for this loss. Information you submit regarding your insurance policy and the loss is subject to review and verification. Lilypad reserves the right to request additional information prior to reaching a decision on the claim. A claim representative will be communicating with you regarding your claim. All policy provisions contained in your policy remain in effect. If you have any questions concerning the coverage afforded by your policy, please contact your agent.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of New York, and Lilypad and you each submit irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.
If a provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any country, that will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability in that country of any other provision or in other jurisdictions of that or any other provisions of these Terms of Use.
Certain pages or areas on Lilypad websites may contain additional terms, conditions, disclosures or disclaimers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and these provisions, the additional provisions will govern for those pages or areas.
Intellectual Property Rights in the Lilypad websites and content related available through them belong to Lilypad and/or to other third parties.
